Emergicon LLC located in Terrell, TX is seeking a Reimbursement & Credentialing Specialist to ensure enrollment with Medicare, Medicaid and commercial plans. You will manage enrollment, re-enrollment and electronic payment setup, plus set up payer portals and maintain provider records to keep payments flowing correctly.

• High school diploma required.
• 2+ years of provider enrollment experience.
• Ability to explain EFT, ERA, EOB, COB, and pay-to addresses.
• Ability to read payer applications and understand payer processes.
• Knowledge of federal and state insurance laws.
• Knowledge of insurance claim processing and third-party reimbursement.
• Ability to prioritize work and meet tight deadlines.
• Clear, respectful communication.

Responsabilités

• Prepare enrollment and re-enrollment applications for all health plans (Medicare/Medicaid).
• Set up payer portals for eligibility, claim filing, claim status, ERA, EFT, and appeals.
• Set up and maintain group accounts for multiple providers.
• Keep provider licenses and insurance addresses up to date.
• Complete and send W-9 forms.
• Read and interpret complex payer documents.
• Solve problems and provide great service to clients and payers.
• Meet all deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Terrell, TX | Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm

What you’lldo

As a Reimbursement & Credentialing Specialist, reporting to theCredentialing & Reimbursement Lead, you’ll make sure our clients are enrolled withevery insurance payer, from Medicare and Medicaid to commercial plans.

You’ll handleenrollment, re-enrollment, and electronic payment setup on time and by therules, so claims can be filed and payments land in the right place:

• Prepare enrollment and re-enrollment applications forall health plans, including Medicare and Medicaid
• Set up payer portals for eligibility, claim filing,claim status, ERA, EFT, and appeals
• Set up and maintain group accounts for multipleproviders
• Keep provider licenses and insurance addresses up todate

How you’llwork

You’ll get hands-on training when you start for your first 90 daysand work remote.

• Ability to read payer applications and understand howpayers work
• Knowledge of federal and state insurance laws
• Knowledge of insurance claim processing andthird-party reimbursement
• Ability to prioritize work and meet tight deadlines
• Clear, respectful communication
