Job summary

Ascension in Wichita, KS is seeking a Revenue Cycle Analyst to analyze public and private insurance policies to secure accurate payments and sustain patient care. You will review claims, identify root causes of denials, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize workflows.

This role emphasizes training staff on coding and reimbursement guidelines, partnering with external agencies for audits, and supporting continuous improvement across the Revenue Cycle Management department.

Qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
