Job summary

Ascension is seeking a team-oriented professional to support Trauma Services in Wichita, KS. The role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to identify problems, implement improvements, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include training, performance improvement initiatives, and documentation, with opportunities for tuition discounts and academic partnerships within the organization.

Qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

• Assist in policy, procedure and contract review process. Coordinate quality improvement initiatives.
