Perfect Pair ABA in Culpeper, VA is seeking an experienced Behavior Technician (BT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in home settings. You will follow individualized protocols set by a BCBA and help clients across diverse environments.

The role offers flexible hours, with both full-time and part-time opportunities, and competitive pay of $23–$29 per hour. Candidates should have a high school diploma, be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid, maintain reliable transportation, and pursue RBT

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days.
• Ability to support basic client needs and maintain transportation.
• Interest in pursuing RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy as prescribed by BCBA protocols.
• Collect data and document progress notes.
• Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and caregivers to support learning.

Behavior Technician (BT) Duties and Responsibilities

• Facilitate personalized, one-on-one ABA therapy services for clients across diverse environments, utilizing individualized protocols developed by a BCBA.

• Collect data throughout the session and document all sessions with progress notes.

• Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and caregivers to foster a culture of learning.

• Create an engaging therapeutic environment to encourage growth and skill acquisition.

Behavior Technician (BT) Qualifications and Skills

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required, pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

• Willingness to obtain an active Adult and Child CPR/First Aid certification within the first 30 days of employment.

• Ability and willingness to support the basic needs of clients.

• Retain and maintain a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.

• Interest in becoming RBT certified.
