Jackson Hewitt - FCS is seeking a Seasonal Client Support Associate to greet clients in offices and deliver friendly, helpful service. You will engage with clients, confirm appointments, and follow up with past and potential clients while distributing marketing materials and keeping clients engaged during wait times.
