Qualifications

• Essential duties include assisting therapist and Manager in recording patient treatment logs
• Demonstrates time management and prioritizes therapy staff and patient needs
• Maintains clean, organized treatment areas and safe working conditions
• Assists patients with activities of daily living as needed
• Supports survey readiness and compliance across PMD and Rehab locations

Responsibilities

• Maintains effective communication with nursing and therapy staff
• Reports concerns to Senior Therapist, Manager, or Director when appropriate
• Assists with transfers and patient transports during sessions
• Prepares therapy equipment and treatment rooms for patient care
• Monitors and maintains supplies and orders as needed
• Completes other duties as assigned by Manager or Director
• Participates in monthly department meetings and organizational committees
