Job summary

University Hospitals Rehabilitation Hospital is an inpatient rehabilitation facility operated with Lifepoint Health. We seek a Rehabilitation Technician (PRN) to support therapists and help patients reach therapy goals on an as-needed basis.

The role involves transporting patients, communicating with the rehab team, and maintaining clean therapy spaces. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, 6–12 months of rehab experience, and CPR certification.

• 6–12 months of relevant rehabilitation experience recommended.
• CPR certification required.

• Follow patient care tasks as determined by the OTR/RPT to help patients achieve therapy goals.
• Safely transport patients to and from therapy and other activities.
• Communicate clearly with the rehabilitation team.
• Observe and recognize patient reactions to treatment and follow instructions.
• Work under the direction and supervision of licensed therapists within policies and procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of therapy areas, equipment, and supplies.

What We're Looking For
