Job summary

Sovah Health - Danville is seeking a Rehabilitation Technician to join our team. This is a full-time position supporting patient care in the hospital’s therapy areas. You will assist therapists, transport and position patients, and help maintain treatment spaces and equipment.

The role requires a high school diploma, CPR/BCLS certification, and perhaps six months of relevant experience. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional development.

• Prepare, clean and maintain treatment areas and equipment.
• Procure and keep an accurate inventory of therapy supplies.
• Perform routine clerical tasks for Therapy Department.

What you'll contribute

A Rehabilitation Technician who excels in this role:

• Ability to Transport, lift, transfer, move and reposition patients in the patient room, Therapy Gym and other common areas of the hospital.


• Prepares patients for prescribed treatment and assists professional staff with patient treatment.


• Prepares, cleans and maintains treatment areas and equipment.


• Procures and keeps an accurate inventory of all therapy supplies.


• Performs routine clerical tasks for Therapy Department.
