Sovah Health – Danville is hiring a Rehabilitation Technician for a full-time role. You will support patient care, assist therapy staff, and help prepare treatment areas in a hospital setting. The position requires a high school diploma, CPR/BCLS certification, and at least six months of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Transport, lift, transfer, move and reposition patients in rooms, therapy gym and hospital areas.

• Prepare, clean and maintain treatment areas and equipment.
• Procure and maintain inventory of therapy supplies.
• Perform routine clerical tasks for the Therapy Department.

How you’ll contribute

A Rehabilitation Technician who excels in this role:

• Ability to Transport, lift, transfer, move and reposition patients in the patient room, Therapy Gym and other common areas of the hospital.
• Prepares patients for prescribed treatment and assists professional staff with patient treatment.
• Prepares, cleans and maintains treatment areas and equipment.
• Procures and keeps an accurate inventory of all therapy supplies.
• Performs routine clerical tasks for Therapy Department.
