Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• CPR/BCLS certification required.
• Six months of experience in acute or long-term facility preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Transport, lift, transfer, move and reposition patients in rooms, therapy gym and hospital areas.
• Prepare patients for prescribed treatment and assist therapy staff.
• Prepare, clean and maintain treatment areas and equipment.
• Procure and maintain inventory of therapy supplies.
• Perform routine clerical tasks for the Therapy Department.
