Job summary

Duly Health and Care is seeking a Rehabilitation Technician in Aurora to support physical and occupational therapy services. You will work under PT/OT supervision, set up equipment, assist with modalities, educate patients, and help maintain a safe, clean clinic environment.

Responsibilities include patient care, clinic flow, and front-end tasks such as check-in and scheduling. A CPR certification and a High School Diploma are required, with competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• CPR certification required (certification offered through Duly Health and Care).
• High School Diploma required.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and abbreviations.
• Understand principles and precautions in using therapy modalities.
• Identify proper patient set‑up and adjust equipment.
• Demonstrate correct exercise positions and movement planes.

Responsibilities

• Execute plans of care under guidance of PT/OT providers.
• Set up and adjust exercise equipment; assist with delivery of modalities such as electrical stimulation or ultrasound.
• Use demonstrations and cueing to ensure patient understanding of exercises; monitor safety.
• Discuss patient performance with PT/OT providers; maintain patient flow and safety.
• Perform front-end tasks including check-in, co-pays, scheduling, and phone inquiries; coordinate with clinics.
