Job summary

Duly Health and Care's Westmont Medical Office Building seeks a full-time Physical/Occupational Therapy support professional. You will assist PT/OT providers, set up equipment, guide exercises, and help manage clinic flow across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• CPR certification required.
• High School Diploma.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and abbreviations.
• Understand principles of therapy modalities and proper patient setup.
• Team-oriented with strong attention to detail and communication.

Responsibilities

• Patient care, support, and guidance.
• Execute plans of care under guidance of PT/OT providers.
• Set up and adjust exercise equipment.
• Deliver modalities (electrical stimulation, ultrasound, heat/cold packs).
• Demonstrate and cue exercises to ensure understanding.
• Monitor patient safety and response to exercise.
• Discuss patient performance with PT/OT providers.
• Clinic flow management and patient arrivals.
• Maintain cleanliness of clinic and equipment.
• Order supplies as directed by Manager.
• Front-end tasks including check-in, co-pays, calls, and scheduling.
• Communicate with PT/OT and Chiropractic teams regarding insurance benefits.
• Schedule management for clinicians (confirmation calls, rescheduling).
