PACS is seeking a Rehabilitation Support Assistant to provide essential non-clinical services that enhance rehab efficiency. You will assist in therapy setup, transport patients and equipment, and help maintain safety and infection control standards while coordinating with therapy staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read technical procedures and policy manuals.
• Ability to interpret instructions from supervisors and therapists.
• Capable of practical problem solving and safety-focused tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup for physical, occupational, and speech therapy treatments.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment following infection control and safety protocols.
• Communicate with therapists and supervisors regarding scheduling and treatment needs.
• Transport, transfer, and prepare patients and equipment as directed by therapists.
• Accurately complete logs and forms and report unusual occurrences.
• Monitor and order office and clinical supplies as needed.
• Attend team meetings and rehab training programs as directed.
