Qualifications

• Licensed as a Staff Physical Therapy Assistant in the state.
• Proficient in Casamba and Point Click Care.
• Ability to read and comprehend policy and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients as directed by Physical Therapist and record daily treatment notes.
• Assist in maintaining department and prepare weekly progress notes.
• Instruct families or nursing staff in caregiver training for discharge from therapy services.
• Communicate patient progress with supervisor and health team members.
• Assist with training of Restorative Aides and participate in in-services.
