PACS is seeking a Staff Occupational Therapist Assistant to support the Staff Occupational Therapist in delivering resident-centric care. You will work under supervision, assist with planning and implementing treatment programs, and help ensure timely documentation and communication with the care team.

The role emphasizes safety, infection control, and collaboration with nursing and rehabilitation staff to achieve individualized discharge goals and optimize residents’ independence.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant required.
• Proficient in Net Health and Point Click Care data entry.

Aufgaben

• Treat residents as directed by the Occupational Therapist.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation in accordance with facility and payer requirements.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment following infection control and safety protocols.
• Participate in Resident Care conferences or Rehabilitation meetings as needed.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on treatment goals and home programs.
