PACS is seeking a rehabilitation support assistant to help with therapy setup, patient transport, and equipment handling across our facilities. You will work closely with therapists to ensure safe, efficient care and timely completion of documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read technical procedures and manuals.
• Ability to interact with managers, families, and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Assist with and perform setup for physical, occupational, and speech therapy treatments.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment by following infection control and safety protocols.
• Transport, transfer, and prepare patients and equipment as directed by therapists.
• Complete and submit logs and forms as directed by supervisor.
• Communicate with therapists and supervisors regarding scheduling and patient needs.
