Mercy seeks a director-level professional to oversee rehabilitation services in the Acute Therapy Departments. You will direct, coordinate and supervise the delivery of rehabilitation procedures, ensuring compliance with Medical Center standards and regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes leadership of therapy staff, collaboration with the Medical Director and department manager, and adherence to mission-driven service standards in inpatient rehab.

Competenze

• Education: Bachelor's in Physical Therapy.
• Licensure: Must be licensed OT, SLP, or PT with current license in state of practice.
• Certifications: Registered Occupational Therapist, Speech Language Pathologist, or Physical Therapist. CPR Certified.
