Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Rehabilitation Director to lead the delivery of acute therapy services. You will direct, coordinate and supervise rehabilitation procedures across the Acute Therapy Departments, ensuring compliance with Medical Center standards and state regulations.

Under the Medical Director and Department Manager, you will guide staff, enforce CPR-certified practice, and promote clinical excellence with a focus on patient outcomes and compassionate care at Mercy's facility in Lemay, MO.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy and a current state license as a PT/OT/SLP.
• CPR certification required.
• Preferred education includes a Master's or Doctorate.
• Three years of clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs, coordinates and supervises the delivery of rehabilitation procedures in the Acute Therapy Departments.
• Ensures services meet Medical Center standards and state, federal and local regulations.
• Works under supervision of Medical Director and Department Manager to provide high-quality patient care.
