Mercy is seeking a Rehabilitation leader to direct and supervise the delivery of rehab procedures in the Acute Therapy Departments. The role ensures services meet standards and comply with state, federal and local regulations, under the Medical Director and Department Manager guidance.

The position requires a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy with current state licensure in OT, SLP, or PT, and CPR certification, with a preference for Master's or Doctorate and 3 years of clinical experience.

• Education: Bachelor's in Physical Therapy.
• Licensure: licensed in state of practice (OT, SLP or PT).
• Certifications: CPR and professional licensure required.
• Preferred education: Master's or Doctorate.

Mansioni

• Directs, coordinates and supervises rehabilitation procedures in Acute Therapy Departments.
• Supervises personnel delivering these services in compliance with standards and regulations.
• Works under Medical Director and Department Manager guidance to provide quality patient care.
