Job summary

Mercy is seeking a rehabilitation leadership role responsible for directing and coordinating rehabilitation services in the Acute Therapy Departments. The incumbent will supervise staff, ensure adherence to Medical Center standards, and maintain compliance with state and local regulations.

Education includes a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy and current licensure as a PT/OT/SLP in the state. CPR certification is required; a Master's or Doctorate is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Physical Therapy required.
• Must hold a current license in the state of practice as an OT, SLP, or PT.
• CPR certification required.
• Master's or Doctorate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs, coordinates and supervises the delivery of rehabilitation procedures in the Acute Therapy Departments and the activities of personnel involved in providing these services. Maintains compliance with Medical Center standards and applicable regulations.
