Job summary

Mercy seeks a Rehabilitation Director to direct, coordinate and supervise acute therapy rehabilitation services. You will lead clinical teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and align with Medical Center standards under Medical Director guidance.

Ideal candidate holds a state license in OT/SLP/PT, with CPR certification and a preferred Master's or Doctorate; three years of clinical leadership experience is desired.

Qualifications

• Licensed in-state as OT/SLP or PT with current license.
• CPR certification required.
• Bachelor's in Physical Therapy at a minimum.
• Preferred: Master's or Doctorate level education.

Responsibilities

• Directs, coordinates and supervises rehabilitation procedures in Acute Therapy.
• Oversees personnel and ensures compliance with regulations and standards.
• Reports to Medical Director and Department Manager of Inpatient Rehab.
