Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Rehabilitation leader to direct and supervise delivery of rehabilitation procedures in the Acute Therapy Departments. You will work under the Medical Director and the Department Manager to ensure services comply with standards and regulations.

A licensed professional will oversee a multidisciplinary team. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy, with licensure in the state and CPR certification; Master's/Doctorate preferred and 3 years of clinical experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required.

Responsibilities

• Directs, coordinates, and supervises rehabilitation procedures in Acute Therapy Departments.
• Supervises personnel involved in providing these services.
• Ensures services meet Medical Center standards and regulatory requirements.
• Works under supervision of Medical Director and Department Manager.
