Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from an accredited school of Nursing: Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher is required
• Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of South Carolina in good standing
• A current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider is required
• 1 year of RN experience in a Rehab setting is required

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall accountability for assigned patients
• Assist patient exercises and skin care to prevent breakdown and immobility
• Coordinate with rehab therapy to improve mobility, cognition, ADLs, and communication
• Administer medications per physician orders
• Instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment plans
