HCA Healthcare Colleton Hospital in Walterboro, SC is seeking a Rehabilitation Registered Nurse to collaborate with patients, families, and the rehab team to assess, plan, implement and coordinate treatment plans for positive outcomes.

You will participate with the rehab therapy team to improve mobility and daily living skills, administer medications per orders, and educate patients and families about care plans and medications.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing (ADN or higher).
• Licensed Registered Nurse in South Carolina in good standing.
• Current BLS Health Care Provider certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accountability for assigned patients.
• Assist patient exercise, skin care, and proper positioning.
• Coordinate with rehab therapy team to improve mobility, cognition, ADLs, and communication.
• Administer medications per physician orders.
• Instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment plans.
