Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Rehabilitation Registered Nurse to support patients in rehabilitation facilities. Responsibilities include assisting patients to maximize function and developing recovery plans toward independent living.

Qualifications

• Current RN license for the state of practice.
• One year prior nursing experience in rehabilitation preferred.
• CRRN certification may be required per state/client contract.
• Complies with professional standards of practice.

• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Job description

The Rehabilitation Registered Nurse is responsible forassisting patients in attaining and maintaining maximum function due to chronicillness and/or a debilitating injury.The Rehabilitation Registered Nurse assists patients in the recoveryprocess, as well as creating a recovery plan with the ultimate goal ofachieving an independent lifestyle as much as possible.

• Current Registered Nurse License for the state in which thenurse practices
• One year prior professional nursing experience in arehabilitation setting preferred
• CRRN certification may be required per state/client contract
• Complies with all relevant professional standards ofpractice
• Current CPR if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
