Job summary

Pine Ridge Care Center is seeking a Rehabilitation Program Manager to lead the rehab team and ensure high standards of patient care in our facility.

The role requires a PT/OT/SLP background with current state licensure and 3–5 years of clinical experience; you will supervise therapy scheduling and manage programs across Physical, Occupational, and Speech-Language Pathology, while overseeing department performance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of clinical experience preferred.
• Current valid state licensure as PT, OT, or SLP where applicable.
• Accredited degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology.

Responsibilities

• Maintain established standards for quality and patient care.
• Supervise scheduling of residents for therapy services.
• Manage therapy programs provided by PT, OT, and SLP.
• Responsible for clinical performance of the rehabilitation department.
• Responsible for financial performance of the rehabilitation department.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient records.
• Complete required forms and documents per policy and regulations.

Rehabilitation Program Manager essential duties and responsibilities:

• Maintain established standards for quality and principles of patient care.

Rehabilitation Program Manager Entry Qualifications and Skills:

• Three to Five years (3-5) clinical experience preferred.
