Job summary

Pine Ridge Care Center, part of Mariner Healthcare, is seeking a Rehabilitation Program Manager to lead our rehabilitation team and ensure high-quality patient care. This role requires oversight of therapy services and adherence to standards across the department.

The manager will supervise PT/OT/SLP programs, drive clinical and financial performance, and maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with regulations. Relocation assistance may be available.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited school in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current valid state licensure as PT, OT, or SLP where applicable.
• Three to Five years clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain established standards for quality and principles of patient care.
• Supervises the scheduling of residents for therapy services.
• Manages therapy programs provided by Physical, Occupational, and Speech-Language Pathology.
• Responsible for clinical performance for the rehabilitation department.
• Responsible for the financial performance of the rehabilitation department.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient records.
• Completes required forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state and/or federal regulations.

Education
