Job summary

Fruitvale Healthcare Center in Oakland is seeking a Rehabilitation Program Manager to lead therapy services and ensure high-quality patient care.

The role oversees PT, OT, and SLP programs, supervises scheduling, and manages department performance and budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance. A degree in PT/OT/SLP and state licensure are required, with 3–5 years of clinical experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in PT, OT, or SLP from an accredited school.
• Current valid state licensure as PT, OT, or SLP where applicable.
• 3–5 years of clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain established standards for quality and principles of patient care.
• Supervises the scheduling of residents for therapy services.
• Manages therapy programs provided by Physical, Occupational, and Speech-Language Pathology.
• Responsible for clinical performance for the rehabilitation department.
• Responsible for the financial performance of the rehabilitation department.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient records.
• Completes required forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state and/or federal regulations.
