Job summary

You will collaborate with physicians to develop and update treatment plans, tailor care with input from patients and families, educate on rehabilitation methods, and document evaluations, sessions, and discharge information to meet standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate, bachelor’s, master’s, or doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid Physical Therapist license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and implement rehabilitation programs to improve mobility, reduce pain, and prevent deformities.
