Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year general office experience required.

Responsibilities

• Register patients for clinics and verify demographic information.
• Schedule patients on providers’ schedules.
• Answer and route incoming/outgoing calls and manage faxes.
• Document patient phone calls and coordinate patient experience.
• Maintain documentation for plan of care/recertification and ensure physician signatures/date accuracy.
• Perform other clerical duties as needed.
