MercyOne Clive Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a Nurse Manager (RN) to oversee nursing operations on the rehabilitation unit. You will supervise staff, ensure policy adherence, and collaborate with physicians and leadership to optimize patient care delivery.

The ideal candidate has an Iowa RN license, CPR/BCLS, and 2+ years of nursing leadership with rehab experience. ACLS/CRRN preferred. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited BSN, ADN, or Nursing Diploma program.
Active Iowa RN license required; multi-state license acceptable.
CPR/BCLS certification; ACLS preferred; CRRN preferred.
Minimum two years of nursing leadership experience; rehab nursing preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; problem solving ability.

Responsibilities

Oversee nursing operations on the assigned unit, including staff supervision and policy adherence.
Provide direction and supervision of patient care and nursing personnel.
Consult with staff, physicians, and program leadership on practices and policies.
Ensure staff compliance with clinical policies and procedures.
Participate in incident investigations and reporting.
Maintain appropriate staffing levels to meet patient care needs.
Uphold Standards of Nursing Practice across functions.
Act as administrative representative when the Program Director is absent.
