MercyOne Clive Rehabilitation Hospital in Clive, Iowa, seeks an Registered Nurse (RN) for inpatient rehabilitation. This full-time day shift role (0730–1900) includes a $15,000 sign-on bonus with a 30-month commitment and the opportunity to deliver direct and indirect patient care within a high-quality rehab program.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited BSN, ADN, or Nursing Diploma program.
• Current state RN license.
• Iowa Mandatory Reporter—Dependent Adult and Child.
• CPR/BCLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process.
• Develop nursing care plans in coordination with patient, family and staff.
• Communicates changes in patient's condition with physicians and team.
• Participates in discharge planning.
