Job summary

MercyOne Clive Rehabilitation Hospital in Clive, IA is hiring a Resource Nurse (RN) for our rehabilitation program. This full-time role supports respiratory care and outcomes while coordinating with the care team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

The position follows five 8-hour shifts weekly with weekend rotations. Ideal candidates hold an accredited nursing degree (BSN/ADN/Diploma), an active RN license, and CPR/BCLS certification.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (BSN/ADN/Diploma).
• Current state license as Registered Nurse (RN).
• CPR/BCLS certification.
• ACLS and CRRN preferred qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and identify individualized care needs.
• Initiate and implement nursing interventions.
• Document nursing activities accurately and timely.
• Complete and revise Interdisciplinary Care Plans with the team.
• Conduct Quality Improvement assessments and participate in care delivery.
• Occasional shifts as staff or Charge Nurse may be required.
