Job summary

Oak View Home is seeking a Rehabilitation Director/Therapist Assistant to oversee the daily Rehab department operations and provide direct patient care. The role includes scheduling care per the Plan of Care and collaborating with the Rehab coordinator to ensure adequate staffing.

The ideal candidate has an Associate’s degree in Physical or Occupational Therapy, GA licensure, and prior SNF rehab experience, with strong leadership and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy required.
• Current Georgia PT/PTA or OT/OTA license required.
• Prefer two years of SNF rehabilitation experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations of the Rehab department.
• Provides direct patient care and support per Plan Of Care.
• Schedules patient care per Therapists' Plan Of Care.
• Collaborates with Rehab coordinator to schedule staffing.
