White Oak Healthcare is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation Services to plan, administer, and direct operation of rehabilitation programs including physical, occupational, and speech therapies. You will oversee clinical care and report to Regional Director of Therapy.

You will manage staffing, ensure billing and documentation accuracy, participate in IDT, supervise and develop therapy staff, and drive clinical excellence while maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Manages therapy staff scheduling and development.
• Ensures accurate documentation and billing in line with policies.
