The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is seeking a Rehabilitation Counselor to support Charlotte VR/IL Unit in Mecklenburg County. You will coach clients with disabilities toward career goals, develop individualized plans, and coordinate services across school and office settings to overcome barriers and secure employment.

Formación

• Master’s degree in rehabilitation counseling or a related field.
• Current CRC certification if applicable.
• Experience in rehabilitation counseling preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate professional diagnostic data to determine eligibility and required rehabilitation services.
• Develop written plans of services with client, parent, and/or guardian.
• Provide rehabilitation services within guidance and counseling relationships and supportive counseling.
