Job summary

This role supports equipment setup, patient transport, and collaboration with nurses and therapists to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• BLS (CPR) required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire for this role.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a hospital environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports daily therapy department processes and operations.
• Assists patients with daily personal activities and mobility.
• Prepares and transports patients according to the schedule.
• Assists therapists with daily care and patient therapy as delegated.
• Communicates patient outcomes and observations to rehabilitation therapists.
• Maintains patient safety and responds to patient and caregiver needs.
