Salem Health is seeking a Therapy Aide at our outpatient rehabilitation center in Salem, OR. You'll work with physical, occupational, and speech-language therapists to support patient care, equipment, and session flow.

Responsibilities include assisting patients during therapy, aiding mobility, transporting patients, maintaining a safe environment, and stocking supplies. A High School diploma is required, with BLS training within 90 days of hire.

• Manage, clean and perform minor repairs on therapy equipment.
• Stock and organize supplies to support daily therapy operations.
• Help ensure efficient patient flow and smooth session transitions.
