Job summary

Mercy in Oklahoma seeks an assistant to support therapists with patient care across ages, and to help with registration, scheduling, and patient transport to the Rehab Therapy Gym. The role involves preparing treatment spaces and assisting with procedures while upholding Mercy’s standards.

The ideal candidate will have one year of therapy-related experience or education, strong communication, and a team-oriented attitude in a compassionate healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• One year experience or education in therapies preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist therapists with patient care duties for patients of all ages.
• Assist with patient registration and scheduling.
• Transfer patients to and from Rehab Therapy Gym.
• Prepare treatment areas and assist with treatment procedures.
• Perform receptionist duties, scheduling, filing and transportation as needed.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas and greet patients courteously.
