The Arboretum of Winnie is seeking a Rehab Tech to support our in-house therapy team and facility operations. You will perform clerical tasks, maintain compliance, and assist patients and staff in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Ideal candidates are high school graduates, may hold CNA certification if required, and demonstrate reliability, organization, and teamwork in a patient-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• CNA certification (if required by state law).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support therapy operations with clerical and patient-related duties.
• Handle computerized documentation and tracking.
• Answer and direct phone calls and assist visitors.
• Maintain organized filing systems.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and physician signatures and CMS guidelines.
• Coordinate therapy schedules with nursing and departments.
• Assist patients and staff with questions and needs.
• Promote cross-department communication and collaboration.
• Attend department and facility meetings as assigned.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas.
• Monitor stock of supplies and equipment.
• Participate in performance improvement programs.
• Report unusual incidents to the Administrator.
• Respond quickly in emergencies.
• Exhibit a positive, team-oriented attitude.
