The Arboretum of Winnie seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our in-house rehab team on a PRN basis. You will help residents improve independence, safety, and quality of life through meaningful daily activities and targeted ADLs/IADLs.

Ideal candidates hold an active Texas Occupational Therapy license, have SNF or long-term care experience, and are comfortable using Net Health Electronic Documentation System.

Formación

• Active Texas Occupational Therapy license required.
• SNF or long-term care experience preferred.
• Knowledge of American Occupational Therapy practice for ADLs/IADLs.
• Experience with Net Health Electronic Documentation System preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Consult with patients to evaluate their physical condition and its impact on daily occupations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to maximize performance in ADLs and IADLs.
• Assess patients’ home environments and recommend modifications based on needs and capabilities.
• Recommend adaptive equipment and provide training to support independence and safety.
• Ensure all treatments are delivered according to the established plan of care.
• Monitor patient response to treatment and modify interventions as clinically appropriate in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide clinical education and support to patients, family members, and caregivers.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Complete documentation thoroughly and timely in compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations.
