Qualifications

• Current license to practice as Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant, or Occupational Therapy Assistant in Oklahoma.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in SNF/CCRC setting.
• Leadership or management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations related to rehabilitation services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records systems.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsabilités

• Manage and supervise the daily operations of the rehabilitation department.
• Develop and implement therapy programs to meet patient needs.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and company policies.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
