Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support rehabilitation team members across all disciplines.
• Ensure clinical programs operate effectively and consistently.
• Lead and participate in facility meetings as scheduled by management.
• Assist in developing and implementing new clinical programs and initiatives.
• Monitor compliance with screening policies and documentation standards.
• Oversee timely completion of clinical documentation and chart audits.
• Ensure staff follow established policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with facility and upper management to support rehabilitation goals and maintain quality care.
