We are seeking a rehabilitation supervisorfor overseeing operations for rehab inpatient services at Fairview Woodwinds Hospital in Woodbury!
The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to build engagement, foster high-performing teams and demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills in both in-person and virtual environments. As a member of the Rehabilitation leadership team, the successful candidate will be collaborative, relationship-focused, and eager to partner with fellow Rehab leaders across the system on strategic initiatives and project work that advance departmental and organizational goals.
The supervisor is responsible for staff development, performance management, managing resources, clinic and/or hospital operations, regulatory oversite, and leadership. In collaboration with the patients and families, the supervisor is responsible for providing safe and effective delivery of patient care within scope of practice for the discipline they are credentialed. This includes examination, evaluation, diagnosis, planning, intervention and establishing outcomes.
Fairview Rehabilitation offers a broad range of services that serve patients across 10 acute-care hospitals, 3 post-acute settings and 70 outpatient adult and pediatric therapy clinics. Consisting of Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy as well as Audiology and Cardiac & Pulmonary Rehab, our therapists collaborate with colleagues in all medical settings and offer dozens of specialty programs.

The posted pay range is for a 40-hour workweek (1.0 FTE). The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical.
