Garden City Hospital in Michigan is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Rehabilitation Department to deliver safe patient care using the nursing process and to guide patient/family teaching.

Requirements include a current state RN license with BLS and ACLS, at least one year of acute care experience; rehab experience and CRRN/BSN are preferred.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN license.
• BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• ACLS (AHA) certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
• Minimum of one year experience as a staff nurse RN in an acute care hospital setting; Rehab setting preferred.
• Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN) preferred.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver safe patient care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Direct and guide patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel in Rehabilitation.
• Maintain standards of professional nursing care and help patients attain maximum function.
