Job summary

Resolve Diamondback is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team in Phoenix, Arizona. We support residents in regaining mobility, independence, and achieving rehabilitation goals, welcoming both experienced PTAs and new graduates.

Responsibilities include under supervision delivering treatments, monitoring progress, maintaining documentation, and educating residents and families on exercises and safety, while collaborating with nursing and therapy

Qualifications

• Active Arizona PTA license is required.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• New graduates welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT treatments under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist residents to improve strength, mobility, balance, and independence.
• Implement treatment plans and monitor progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation per facility regulations.
• Collaborate with nursing and therapy teams to support outcomes.
• Educate residents and families on exercises and safety.
