Job summary

Lifepoint Health/NH East Valley Rehabilitation Hospital – Chandler is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for PRN shifts. The role involves administering PT interventions under supervision, aiding patient mobility, and documenting progress in a high-quality rehab environment.

Qualified candidates hold an Associate's degree from a PTA program, an active PTA license, CPR certification, and prefer rehab or acute care experience.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from a PTA program.

• Current PTA license in state of practice.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Administer physical therapy interventions as directed by the supervising PT.
• Assist in patient mobility and exercise routines.
• Monitor patient responses and report progress to PT.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for treatment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
