Job summary

Southcoast Health System, Inc. is seeking a Patient Access Rep-Rehab for the Outpatient Rehab Hanover St. site in Fall River, MA. This per diem role supports patient access with daytime hours, 9:00am–5:30pm, and works under Rehab Operations leadership.

Responsibilities include office support, patient flow coordination, and adherence to Rehabilitation Services policies. Minimum education is a high school diploma or GED; a strong customer service background is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s Degree preferred or equivalent demonstrated work experience.
• Knowledge of medical terminology required.
• Proficient keyboarding skills and computer experience required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multitasking.
• Exceptional customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, provide office support and coordinate patient care processes.
