Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR certification required upon hire or within 90 days.
• Experience in patient registration, insurance verification, or outpatient scheduling is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Register rehab series patients per admission standards.
• Obtain demographic and insurance information for pre-registration/intake.
• Verify eligibility and obtain insurance authorization in a timely manner.
• Schedule patients and coordinate multi-service appointments with therapists.
• Direct self-pay patients to charity care options and document interactions.
