Job summary

Cascadia EE LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapist to assess referred patients for rehabilitation, establish and administer treatment plans, and educate patients and families. The OT will document patient progress and work under physician direction to set realistic goals based on capacity and tolerance.

The role involves supervising COTAs, directing therapy activities, and participating in care planning within a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited occupational therapy program.
• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist.
• Current CPR certification.
• Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients to determine rehabilitation needs and set goals.
• Provide direct patient care and document progress toward objectives.
• Refer patients to COTA and supervise COTAs as appropriate.
• Collaborate with facility staff and interdisciplinary team to integrate therapy into care plans.
• Ensure punctuality and regular attendance for assigned shifts.
